Poll of the Day > Got bad news that is turning into good new *moving*

So the day before yesterday my roomates who own this home told me they are selling the home, and I need to find somewhere else by September. They also told me that they are moving into their moms house till this one sells, and invited me to move with them.

The thing is, they said it was up by hood canal in washington, which is about 1 1/2 hours away from civilization (or pretty much anywhere you can get food).

I like my roomates, but, I can't be that far away cause Id ont' like driving and don't drive at night at all anymore.

So yesterday I was kinda freaking out lolz.

But it ended up NOT being way up north but actually 15 minutes north of Olympia, which is still a decent drive, but I can totally do that a couple times a week, and it's a really nice house.

So.......yeah!!!

It actually has views as nice as my old house honestly, which I never thought I would have again. Rent will be the same for me as here as well, so it's a good thing. They said I could stay there a year (even if they get a house of their own first I'm guessing).

Does mean i'll have to eventually move again, but it'll be a nice year, and with roomates I know I get along with/like.

Yesterday was such a bad day, I drove to olympia for the first time since I moved from there, and on the way back had stop and go traffic so it was 1 1/2 hour drive in 90 degree weather (but if felt so much hotter because I have no AC in my car...ugh it was horrid).

I'm also sun burned from the process. Got an email with the actual address this morning though so now I feel better. I just hope I didn't get the virus when I went out yesterday.
