Gotham's "Batman" characters) but only that particular version of the character is eligible. -Characters will go by their American release date. Yeah, those rules are always gonna have some detractors (and I'll admit that it's not a perfect rule) but we're 8 years in now so let's just roll with it. -Each user gets 10 nominations every 24 hours. -Please specify what each nomination is from -3 nominations will guarantee a character gets in -More than 3 nominations will get the characters higher seeding -First 64 characters with 3 or more will make it in.
