It's not obvious hyperbole, we have the president crying that there is widespread fraud and you're gobbling that bull shit up. You've been trying to convince us of all kinds of lies people are telling to support the falsehood of widespread fraud changing the result of the election.

It's not hyperbole when you try to argue that the "other side" believes the same thing you do when their woman lost which is just objectively false. The only one who claimed fraud was Trump.

Nobody is claiming that it's ridiculous to think there could be election impropriety. I don't know why you're humping that strawman so hard despite having been told otherwise on multiple occasions, but that is not the position of anyone you've been discussing this with. The actual claim is that there's no reason to think there's been fraud or other shenanigans on a sufficient scale to flip this presidency, specifically that Trump's claims that there has been are nothing more than a baseless temper tantrum because he can't handle losing.

There could be significant fraud. There could also be a miniature pink elephant standing behind you. But until you have actual cause to believe either possibility, treating it as anything more concrete than a hypothetical possibility is foolish. So stop it.

not only that, but in the court hearings that there have been, and that have had public transcripts, the lawyers themselves have stated that there is no evidence of fraud.

and those lawyers are absolutely not lying, because if they were, they would have their license revoked from them. i can't imagine there's any lawyer in the world who would want that to happen to themselves.

there was one instance where the lawyers tried to get the evidence sealed, which the judge didn't allow. the reason they wanted it sealed was because the evidence they did show didn't actually show anything. it was a cell phone recording from like a mile away of fuck all nothing. that's what they went to court with and it was, understandably, laughed out.

Also, he won his battleground states by larger margins than Trump won his in 2016.

And instead of losing by 3 million votes in the popular vote, he won by what will probably end up being 6 million (over 5 million at the moment).

Biden beat him like a drum! If Trump had a landslide in 2016, then Biden dropped a fucking meteor on Trump in 2020.

I remember during the debates, she wanted to fine companies that didn't pay men and women employees equally, without any regard for any other factors (overtime hours, years in the company, qualifications, specific job duties that may differ even between the same/similar job titles, etc...) and that was pretty disturbing.
I really am hoping for Biden to remain alive and healthy for a long time, get his full 2 terms, and avoid Harris ever taking over the White House. What a terrible VP pick....
