JigsawTDC 11/14/20 10:31:37 PM #4:	It wasn't just the last season of Game of Thrones that sucked though. I'd argue there's a clear drop in quality in seasons 5 and 6. Though, that's not as egregious as season 7, where the show truly jumped the shark. I don't see how anyone could think the whole plot to bring a White Walker to Cersei was good writing, let alone the deus ex machina of ravens and dragons flying at unheard of speeds all so Dany can swoop in and give the Night King a dragon. Season 7 was absolutely awful. The problems that would culminate in that abysmal last season were present as seeds as early as season 5. wolfy42 11/14/20 10:33:16 PM #5:	GoT for me, Dexter was a dumb ending and just kinda dropped dead lol. It kinda left it open to revisit stuff ifyou wanted, but yeah it was dumb. GoT's whole last season was stupid, some of it didn't even make sense, and they ruined entire character arcs that they had built up for years. Arya had a totally unsatifying ending, but of the crap tastic endings she was the best. The basically invalidated John Snow all together, his story no longer made sense at all. Basically wasted Tyrion as well, Brenna, and of course the rushed part for Danny was dumb. But the worst by far (in my opinion) is what they did to Jamie. That was unforgivable. ~~Arya SHOULD have gotten to kill Cercie (probably looking like Jamie)~~ ~~John SHOULD have defeated the night king.~~ ~~Danny could have gone mad, but, they had TONS of time to show the process in previous episodes and didn't use it.~~ It was a major let down, while Dexter was more Meh to me. --- Tacobot 3000 "Saving the world from not having tacos."
