They've been planning this shit for two decades Whether or not they're doing some nefarious illuminati shit with this virus they've definitely discovered that at least 50% of the population in the US is totally fine with giving up a lot of their civil liberties for the 'greater good' which I find to be abhorrent personally. I do believe they'll use the circumstances of this virus to codify laws to allow the government to effectively implement martial law for pandemic scenarios and that those 'pandemic' guidelines are going to be extremely broad. They're certainly not going to put legislation in there that says, 'The virus has to meet X value before it can be legal to do Y' because that would require them to actually limit government power. They're not demanding this because it will actually increase their confidence in the vaccine, they're demanding it because they think they've come up with a clever "gotcha" to trick Fauci into admitting the vaccine is unsafe. Even if orange man was a contributor to the ass backwards response to this, I think it would speak volumes that they had 2 decades of these pandemic exercises to let one man unravel the entire operation. I think occam's razor would apply here. It's hard for me to believe that they had two decades of global pandemic exercises only to let one orange man make a few small decisions that unraveled the entire operation. Occam's razor suggests to me that this was more about lockdowns because they nailed the fuck out of implementing those. If you actually read the white papers about these exercises too you would see they go into detail about theoretical civil unrest in response to martial law in various countries.
