darkmaian23 02/26/21 1:35:39 AM #1:	https://reason.com/2021/02/25/scotus-rules-against-an-innocent-man-who-was-choked-and-beaten-by-cops-but-he-may-still-get-his-day-in-court/ Yeah, if the standard here for qualified immunity is that cops had to believe their actions were legal, it definitely shouldn't have applied because nobody would think that unless they were lying. It's REALLY disheartening that all nine justices sided with the officers here. This sort of ruling sucks for everyone, including the officers that have to work with these two in the future.
