So you will live for another million years, but every day* you will die and then respawn 6 hours later in the nearest safe** location. Once you have died and respawned, you cannot die until a new day begins***. Time of death will be random, but if you have something important to do later on and it will be after the 6 hour respawn, you could commit suicide to get your daily death out of the way.

* day is defined as the time from 00:00 to 23:59:59.999999 based on the local time of the location you were at when the deal was accepted.

** Safe is defined as being a location that won't cause you to die before a new day begins.

*** Based on time of death, not the time of the respawn.

Yes. Mostly. Always possible something happens to kill you before you can manage to suicide.

Due to the last one eventually causing a situations the violates the 1 death per day rule, you are revived in good condition most of the time.(possible exceptions can occur when your death is late enough for your respawn to be in a different day, then it is possible to revive in poor condition and die again from the failed respawn) Illnesses can affect you still, but if they cause your death you will be cured when you come back.

Your corpse will despawn at the start of a new day. So if you happen to find yourself in a place without any other means to tell time, you could use your corpse to track days.

Sounds like a good deal to me. If you wanted to do something dangerous that day, I'd imagine one would become exceedingly efficient at quick painless suicides just to get them out of the way.
