Yes No Do you think this is already bad news for the Prosecutors with these 2 jurors? - Results (32 votes) Yes 59.38% (19 votes) 19 No 40.63% (13 votes) 13 The first 2 jurors have been picked and confirmed for the Derek Chauvin trial. The first is the anonymous white chemist who told defense attorney, Eric Nelson that he had NOT see teh video of the murder of George Floyd but was familiar with still images of the notorious incident sparking violence and protests.. He described himself as a "supporter" of Black Lives Matter but said he HATED the organization and said it was too extreme and added "All lives should matter" The second potential juror was a Mexican mother of 3 who was excused after the defense used one of their 15 peremptory challenges to have her dismissed.
