I haven't been rejected much, but you move on and go about your life. Persistence is creepy and makes the other person uncomfortable in most scenarios.

I just stop, been denied a kiss before but it wasn't really rejection, the 2 or 3 times I remember it happening they wanted it either a few hours later or on the next date

Rejection isn't always a cut and cold closed case, but generally more often than not it is. If you play it really cool and act like it's no big deal and continue to to be a good friend there's always a chance, but don't count on it and DON'T keep asking about it or harass her about it. The female is the one who decides who gets to mount her and you have to respect it.

Your best chance of getting her back is to be friendly (no creeping!) and move on towards another girl. There's a small chance her seeing you with someone else will psychologically make her re-evaluate your desirability...but even that is anything but guaranteed.

This, but also dont say mount her, as that automatically disqualifies you in 99% of cases.

Learn to read body language, and pay attention to the tone of their voice. Both of those together will let you know if she is not interested (at the moment), or if they are about to taser you.

You stop immediately. If she wanted you she would have said yes the first time. Any subsequent time will just make her hate you even more.

Theres other fish in the sea. Your not entitled to one that you want the most. Just move on.

There are a lot of women out there who play hard to get, it can sometimes be a dance. I know too many friends that do it just to see if the guy really is interested in them or just in trying to hookup or if the guy is man enough or assertive. This is one of those times I wouldnt exactly trust CE to understand how people are. Every single person is different. Some girls will think youre a creep if you still talk to them out of interest after being rejected outright. Some will think youre weak willed / not assertive enough if you just meekly resign after rejection.

the idea is to read their body language. For example, If they turn away after rejecting you they want you to leave. Dont come up from behind and try to continue acting like you got a shot. But If they stay looking at you, dont be shocked that theyre waiting on how you play your cards and see if you have the nerve/balls to not give up. But even that isnt a guarantee its just little social cues you pick up when I partied/hit bars every night during my early twenties.
