You should look into getting some ORSs (oral rehydration salts). When I was in the Peace Corps they were provided in our med kit in case of dehydration, but we all just used them to cure hangovers. Alternatively, for a tastier option, my sister (who is a huge partier and drinker) recommends the pediatric rehydration popsicles. She always has a huge package of them in her fridge. Here in Vegas there's also multiple premium hangover cure services where a nurse will come to your house/hotel and straight up IV you with a rehydrating solution. I think it costs like $200.

I haven't really been "drunk" in a long time, let alone puke drunk, though I can't say for sure that I wouldn't do it again. Maybe in the right atmosphere, which obviously hasn't happened lately with covid. I don't really miss the feeling of getting super drunk and hungover, but miss having an occasion to do it
