First wonder woman wasn't any better. Had like 2 scenes of her doing leg sweeps. Like come on, your a demi god, at the very least stand up straight with her opponents and spartan kick them through the wall.

Then the final fight was like a shonen anime where they just take turns blasting each other away.

Batman vs superman and justice league at least make wonder woman look cool fighting properly.

BvS UE and Snyder's Cut definitely made her more badass, but the first Wonder Woman was a genuinely fun film and the fight with Ares actually like there were some stakes and it was a cool fight. Wonder Woman 1984 on the other hand, had one of the worst fights I've ever seen in any superhero movie since like...20 years ago.

WW 84 is like the Batman & Robin of our era.

The Dark World was poop
Winter Soldier was amazing
Iron Man 2 and 3 were poop
Ragnarok was amazing
Age of Ultron was mediocre
Ant-Man 2 was forgettable
Far From Home was great
GotG vol 2 was good

Ehh mostly good sequels

Sliding leg sweeps are easy low risk stunts that can be done by the actor which is why you'll see them a lot in superhero movies in general.

And the combat scenes and action in general were trash. I can't think of a single good scene from this movie. It's almost as if the director was just trying to troll people.

I understand that part, the part that was stupid is how stupid it looked for her to tumble around with the kids that way lmao. It was just so jarring and sloppily filmed. And at that speed there's no way they wouldn't have gotten injured lol.

It just looked terrible lol. Idk.

Maybe I'll give it another chance since I sorta started not paying as much attention anymore after that entire highway sequence which was so boring.

Also it was weird how she was basically Spiderman the entire goddam movie lmao

i guess well never see :( Id have loved to get a third WW more in the spirit of the first one

The first one even felt like a Snyderverse film, this one didnt. Not sure why Patty decided to change it up :/

If they somehow ever actually make a third one and its as good as the first one, id be able to overlook this one the way I do Thor: Dark World.

Iron Man 2 was better than IM3 or the Thors (outside of 3).
AoU was also good, you have to be blazed out of your mind. Incredibly important for the story too

I did not care for WW 1984 but I think saying it's "atrociously bad" is kind of exaggerating. The first hour or so of the movie was pretty good it mostly just falls apart towards the end.

The first one I thought was good but I always liked BvS more than it. I know that's kind of controversial around these parts but that's how it is and I also really liked BvS.

And honestly, Thor: The Dark World is the best of the three. I really don't understand why people don't like this movie. It's leagues better than the first one. It has some incredible characterization of Loki. Malekith wasn't particularly interesting but he didn't need to be since the movie was mostly about Thor & Loki's relationship with each other and with Frig. The action was good and plentiful unlike the first movie which was like 90% boring shit. Jane also hadn't yet been relegated to an off panel joke.
