cuttin_in_farm 03/30/21 5:48:03 PM #1:	Like, on this site specifically. I notice some users have alts and they legit have who their main are in the signature. If the point of suspensions and the like is to put people on time out, why are posters allowed to blatantly bypass it? Especially since CE has a karma requirement. So users with alts in storage benefit while posters who are normal and only have one account are punished. Nobody cares about karma, so why do mods not auto ip suspend users? Trying to create a new account while warned gets it set to read only. But if you just make the account in advance, youre fine. But yeah. There are lots of frauds out there. And actual frauds in the correct use of the word. I don't see what the big deal for using an alt is though. it depends on why I guess. monkmith 03/31/21 10:20:52 AM #12:	a dedicated troll can easily avoid an IP ban. one of the lead moderators brought up the issue a while back when they finally removed admiral. essentially boiled down to the idea that warnings and suspensions on accounts discourages bad behavior without encouraging a counterattack like an account ban or IP ban would, those are reserved for truly egregious behavior. not sure if i believe the reasoning, but that's how it was laid out. --- Taarsidath-an halsaam.
