Man, I respect a lot of the things that crossfitters can get into, but I can never find myself to be good with those types of "pull ups".

And it being MTG makes it less digestible yet. This may be the most honorable thing she has done, that being promoting exercise.

It's better than doing nothing so if CrossFit gets people into working out versus not doing it that's good. Also good if you can't do a strict pull-up yet. But worse than actual chin-ups and pull-ups and I wouldn't waste my time doing those.

The form seems fine enough to me on the push press. I mean you're supposed to lift your heels. And people do more explosive movements than that even. Like weighted jumps

You can tell it is light based on where she catches it and the fact that it is a push press and not a jerk

With Oly Lifts the displacement (from 2nd pull to catch) decreases as the weights get heavier. Powerlifts the time increases
