Not gonna lie, I booted it up not that long ago and just played a team battle against computer opponents. There's a new mode where you can just have air battles. It was really, really good. The prequel factions were cool, but I really didn't like some of the gameplay changes they made with the second game. The two big issues I recall griping about were hero classes and being unable to destroy land mines by shooting them. --- And with that...pow! To put any of those on the same level as TIE Fighter is just straight-up wrong. At least the other games you mentioned are good games.
