Hell before I knew what the hell a final fantasy was that twist was known (luckily I still ended up being surprised oddly enough due to how and when it was presented in the game) Never understood the hate for star ocean 3's twist. The only problem I had with it is they don't really do anything with the twist that's of note, it's just an "okay" shoulder shrug moment and the game goes on. Also one of the party members, Jet, turns out to be an android.
