It is not wrong to continue to call them evil.

It would be wrong to go to their funeral or something and blast about it, but if the person simply comes up in discussion they should be called out for the piece of shit their are. Death does not absolve you of your actions.

Depends.

If its just a person you personally view as evil, and/or their loved one is in the discussion, youd be the villain for sure.

That seems inconsistent. If they held a funeral to Hitler today it would be perfectly acceptable that blast everyone who attends

If you set the bar at "genocidal" then you set the bar several orders of magnitude too low.

Although you could argue someone like Martin Shkreli should be considered genocidal.

Politics can negatively affect people's lives far below the genocide level. If someone spent their life hurting others, spewing hate, poisoning minds, then that should not be forgotten or whitewashed just because they died. That applies to every single human being.
