Education workers are severely underpaid. Shit is sad. I think itd be a great job if the pay was competitive.

Nah I took a massive pay cut from private in all seriousness.
But I have multiple contractors for literally anything. Like I decide not to make all the new 150 student accounts? Cool, open a ticket and get them to do it. Need to wipe 10 laptops? Get them to do it. Principal doesn't care if I literally handed 99% of the job to them so long as I keep the school running smoothly.

Plus the holidays. The only downside is the only real time I can take a proper holiday for more than a week is really summer/easter/christmas. But I'd take the restrictions and pay cut any day over 'Johnson, that computer is down, it's 4am, wake up and make it work because Sandra in accounts just NEEDS her printer working! What do you mean you're sleeping? I don't care. I expect you to be in at 8am too"

Plus the damn hot teachers and all the kids keep telling me how great I am compared to the guy I replaced and it's great
