It's largely more of the same thing that's been going on for a long time. Innocent people being fucked over by Hamas and Israel, with Israel intentionally making Palestinians suffer, Hamas lashes out in response and then Israel comes down hard. Edit: Finding a summary without bias isn't the easiest. Really all you can do is read up on from several news sources to determine yourself, instead of repeatedly saying you've not been following in every topic about it and asking others to give you the information as it's likely to be biased towards that (Me, in this case) finds favourable or have much effort they can be bothered to put into it for you. There are numerous reports on the IDF when a member of them kills a teenage or younger protestor, numerous children have been killed in Israel's recent bombings where they claim Hamas has been, and show little care about the innocent people they main. Couple that with many being made homeless, lacking ability to get any care or basic resources then people are going to make very heated comments but it isn't without reason. And yes, Hamas is disgusting as well. Of course, non of it excuses anti-Semitic remarks and Israel is separate to the Jewish people/faith but that doesn't mean we should tip toe around what Israel is doing and phrase the utter barbaric actions nicely. And yes, Hamas is disgusting as well. Of course, non of it excuses anti-Semitic remarks and Israel is separate to the Jewish people/faith but that doesn't mean we should tip toe around what Israel is doing and phrase the utter barbaric actions nicely.
