The Devil guy who was with Bahbidi looked fucking awesome as a kid I was hoping it was about to become Z Fighters vs just straight up demons. Imperfect Cell was actually a cool villain in that he was really weak when he first showed up and had to sneak around and run away from the heroes until he could absorb enough people to stand up to them. Also had that movie monster vibe going for him in his introduction scene. Then when he becomes Perfect he pulls a Namek Vegeta to Cell Saga Vegeta personality change and is suddenly all about his pride and testing his strength. Still very underwhelming compared to Cell/Frieza/Ginyu/Radditz/Garlic Jr/Androids like I just felt like the hype didnt match the character.
