Stop drinking it for a week and deal with the headache and that will go away forever (as long as you also avoid other caffeine)

And you'll also never get that kind of headache again, and probably have less anxiety and feel more chill overall

Citation: former drinker of 24-36 ounces of San Francisco Bay organic rainforest coffee daily. Decided to stop since I always got TERRIBLE headaches when I would visit people on the weekend and not drink coffee. I feel better than ever, but that's not a guarantee for anyone else.

I drink Gatorade is the morning. Mainly because they sell it at the dining facility..

I believe they sell both. But I dont get water since I want something with a good taste to drink. And Im not a fan of coffee. If I do drink coffee, its usually a flavored one, and it like half coffe, half sugar and creamer

Pourover is what I resort to if I don't remember to start my cold brew the night before, or if it's cold out and I want a hot drink

Pourover is more work and makes worse coffee than cold brew imo

Must be nice being able to handle caffeine like it's nothing. I'm very sensitive to caffeine, so when I do have to drink some monster or something, I get the shits and sometimes the shakes, depending on what and how much I ate that day.

I guess it is a personal opinion, but it could be that you are not grinding properly (or with a good grinder) or not using very good coffee. I think cold brew is harder to mess up than a pour over, but nothing really beats a great pour over when done right.

I only drink water because I was super broke in college and kept refilling my bottle with a water fountain to save money, then after a few years I just decided to do that forever
