Everyone raging because game is like 10% harder now yet I made it to level 90 in a weekend.

Does the increased difficulty seem like a positive change? And have they come out with that update yet that theyre essentially calling PoE2?

Yeah its crazy easy, I ran with Freezing pulse + holy fire totem + zombies/spectres and just obliterated everything. I think zombies got a huge buff since last I played as they got over 1k life almost right away (like before act II lol) and with 2 nodes giving em life regen (and me some as well (along with a buncha health nodes for me and more life regen) none of my zombies every freaking died. They don't go poof when you log out either etc.

It's a freaking cake walk but people are complaining, it's crazy. I played a lacerate max block build last leage and this is EASIER than that was lol.

Not that update is still forthcomming, and will change alot of stuff (like no more slots or something, in armor....)

Only part of this change I have noticed at all is the mana cost increase as they boosted the cost of most support gems significantly (which can cause the cost of skills to be 2-3x as much).

My build though is a hierophant build with alot of +max mana (40% of damage goes to mana as well), but with so much regen nodes/max mana etc, the higher costs don't even register at all.

They are supposed to actually reduce the increased costs as i guess it is hard for some builds (which I can see, I'm just not using such a build right now).

My current build is a bit rediculous in power, i just run freezing pulse but still have over a 50% crit chance with it, it hits the whole screen just about of enemies and monsters freeze resist was reduced in this patch. I also have holy fire totem with multi totem that sets out 5 totems (+1 from hierophant, +3 from multiple-totem support). The multiple totem support was changed to add 3, but give 50% less damage. The heirophant node though gives +1% regen per second per totem and +10% more damage. So with 5 totems it evens out with multiple-totem support at 50% more damage. I gets +5% life per second (over 10% total), my totems don't ever die (and last a very long time), and my crit rate and multiplier is incanse (5 min power charges, 4 min endurance charges (6 max power charges and get a charge on kill so always running with 6 (well so far, may be 7 eventually). Each power charge adds additional crit chance, mana regen, crit multi, damage bonus as well.

Anyway not having any trouble at all with this league.

It's slower. A lot of people don't like a slower game. They did some bad takes when it comes to mana reservation (I've already played two builds to maps, one is 89 and another is 75). Neither of them really have the mana issues, however others do. PoE2? No they don't have any updates for that. There was a small one 4 months ago.

I did Lightning Strike (lol) and I leveled Arc Totems, which felt slow, but I still got to maps in like 7 hours. I then transitioned Arc Totems into Doryani's Fist Totems, which was really cool but still pretty clunky. I want to try some other stuff too but I'm waiting for the meta to stabilize.

Wow, I thought I was the only one who liked Titan quest more than Grim Dawn. Yeah I always get bored playing Grim dawn but enjoy going back and playing Titan quest again. So many fun builds on Titan quest to play, plus it's not all dark and gloomy, and you pretty much always know where you have to go and don't have huge freaking areas to explore for no reason.
