Depends on what you use to brush them.

Also where at work you do it.

Used to do in multi person bathroom but currently do in a single-person room/office

It would be weird in the bathrooms at my work building. But people do it at the base gym all the time

But you can pretty much do whatever in a single person bathroom

I don't think it's a big deal as long as you're not messy with it.

I see lots of people that have braces or invisalign brushing their teeth at work and think nothing of it.

Nah, I used to do it at work until I started working at places where the bathroom situation didn't really make it easy/feasible. Since I have been working from home, I do it during meetings, lol!

I see people do it, but it always seems weird, and in a normal bathroom with stalls it seems like it'd be gross for whoever was doing it.

Normally, no, but I wouldn't do it during Covid unless your local case numbers and vaccination rates are looking good enough that nobody has any reason to be concerned about such high-risk behaviours as spitting in a public sink.

We have these showers stalls in our bathroom. But Im not sure if they wont anymore. I think they were there for many reasons (including washing hydro off). But no one uses them. They just go to the gym if they need to

I've seen about a handful of people who brush their teeth in the bathroom but I don't think anything of it. Maybe they like to brush their teeth after coffee?

Like 30-60 minutes after. Too soon and you can scrub away some of your enamel since it tends to be softer right after eating.

When you're dealing with a virus that lives in mucous membranes, applying the mucous from those membranes to a public surface is a high-risk behaviour, yes. Off-hand, I don't know that any case transmissions have been conclusively linked to public tooth brushing, and toothpaste does have inherent anti-viral properties (mostly those that are inherent in any soap/detergent, especially when it comes to enveloped viruses) that will mitigate that risk to some extent or another, but intuitively, it doesn't seem like a great idea.

Again, that becomes less of an issue if the overall risk is lower.
