Apparently, a bunch of the gangs from Milwaukee used the tire fort on our playground for gangs meetings. There were gang sings in Sharpe all over it. Scary stuff.

Its pretty bad in that area even the cops don't patrol it unless called down there with a decent amount of backup. Some house on Harrison Ave keeps getting shot at lately, some dudes will drive by and use fireworks to disguise the gunshots before speeding off.

Janesville, Wi is mostly crackheads and meth addicts walking aorund at night. Its not hard to walk around at 3am and get some skinny angry dude walking up to you asking why you're on "their" turf.

Delavan, Wi where I'm at had a gang scene in 2009 but after a shooting in early 2010 this one kid ratted everyone out in a shooting and the police were able to kill whatever gang scene by Summer 2010. Haven't seen any gang activity since.

If you go down Switch Track Alley you can see old gang graffiti that is painted over, over the years. At night its more menacing and scary.

It looks like most of it has been covered up...as of 2011 in those shots, but I do see the evidence of them.
...but if people are running out to cars like that, where they hanging.
