You've got the four small inner terrestrial rocky planets, then the four gargantuan outer gas giant planets, then itty bitty little Pluto. The pattern didn't fit. I mean, I accepted it as a planet because that's what I was taught growing up, but it always seemed unusual to me. You've got the four small inner terrestrial rocky planets, then the four gargantuan outer gas giant planets, then itty bitty little Pluto. The pattern didn't fit. I mean, I accepted it as a planet because that's what I was taught growing up, but it always seemed unusual to me.
