Game as is not bad but game mechanics that without legit reason scales up... does not compute to me.

As said above, for every human, arm or upgrade to machines I would expect rise in maintenance, an the other hand more efficient production and streamline production.

RL machines work in different way, when fully setup factories products become more cost effective as time passes by, this is called efficiency retention and increase.

I would feed them directly in to the body, eliminated food machine, holding cell is also redundant, ill simply work my sheeple till death, or even better would feed dead to the living like in RL.

Soilent green for all. ;)

In short, Ill return it and that will be end of story.

Besides, I enjoy in depth manipulation and destruction from within like in hearts of iron + black ice mod, knights of honor + realism mod or simply crusader kings complexity to my games where there are countless possibilities.
