I always used the basic Acuvue 2 and they like get glued to your eyes the next morning and its horrible. I use the acuvue oasis ones and they don't really get stuck to my eyes unless I wear them like a week straight. Because of that I wear them when sleeping and then would take them out on the weekends. Never realize that was messing my sleep up so badly.
