He didn't travel to another state with a gun. And its not like he wasn't a part of the community. He literally worked in Kenosha as a life guard, his dad lives there and its like a 20 min drive from his home in IL

This. People are pretending like he wasnt looking at some ALLEGED shop lifters the week prior talking about, Dude, I wish I had my AR15 with me. Lets not pretend this isnt another gun nut itching to shoot someone.

Then people are pretending he wasnt hanging out with the Proud Boys at a bar. Proud Boys, an organization which isnt exactly shy about their racism. And why would they be happy to have Kyle there? I mean, he was simply a good guy who was defending himself why would the proud boys take him in like that?

And finally, protests against police brutality isnt a new thing. Neither is protests against inequality and prejudice. Its a part of our history. Just because actual news turned into bipartisan shitshows doesnt mean the protesters were anything other than justified.

I'm sorry when did Illinois join with Wisconsin to become one state? Crossing state lines is crossing state lines no matter how close they are to each other. Would you say the same thing if the riot had happened in Michigan and Kyle came from Canada?

That's not really an apt comparison lol. You can cross state lines in the US without even realizing you have. Little more of a process crossing a border between countries

it seems like he did everything he could to actually diffuse the situation where he only fired after someone rushed in his face trying to take his weapon, being pummeled while on his back on the street and having someone draw a gun on him all while trying to run away from the threats twice and trying to turn himself into the police shortly afterwards.

why do people wish harm on others everyday? that individual deserves to get hit by a car. that one deserves to get their face punched in. or in the case of the left, that person needs to get their life ruined and put in jail over some naughty words.

people do this all the time with throw away comments over things they deem abhorrent or unjust. very very rarely do they act on them themselves of which theres no proof what he said there was him acting out his fantasy. You don't need to be a cop to defend yourself. That's the whole point. He was not the aggressor. Rosenbaum and Ziminski literally hid behind some cars to ambush him as he walked by. Rosenbaum was not armed, but Ziminski was. If two guys jump out of the shadows at you and one of them has a gun, are you just going to assume the other guy is harmless? He tried to run away, which is more than he was required to do. Wisconsin is a stand your ground state, there is no duty to retreat clause. How would he know if he just let Rosenbaum take his gun, that Ziminski wouldn't just walk up and cap him once he was unarmed? Zooming and pinching a photo does not alter the data in any way...a jpeg's data on a phone can not balloon....at least not without another app, and even then - it's not ballooning on demand.
