Seem a few videos and it just looks pretty bad and in some ways worse than the original. If this were a budget release fair enough but looks like theyve just rushed this out for Christmas half finished.

They're just mobile ports of the games, gameplay mechanics in San Andreas are taken directly from the mobile version.

There is no excuse for how the games are or for Rockstar lying to the fans and not telling them the games are shitty mobile ports. No gameplay footage either.

I know a lot of the original people walked away not all that long ago.

Yeah, not impressed from what I've heard of it so far. The soundtrack matter is kind of a case of "shitty situation but gotta be realistic, licencing is a bitch", but the overall quality just seems awful.

I actually would likely have bought it by now too, if it weren't for that I'm still in the middle of Horizon: Zero Dawn which I picked up a couple of weeks ago on sale. Guess I'm lucky for that. :P I'll still probably buy it someday, but not until it's $20 or so at most.

Basically yeah. I say that as someone who bought it and enjoyed 3 up until the second island last night, but they are really just blowing off paying customers, especially on the PC version.

I played San Andreas the day it was released, the gameplay mechanics are lifted from the mobile version. The character models are laughable, the lighting doesn't seem as natural like it did for the ps2 version, the environment just doesn't look as good either. The white outline on targets is really stupid and makes no sense at all.

Yes. If it was a truly definitive edition of these classics they would have paid to have all of the original songs in the game.

They also wouldnt have left out Co Op in San Andres regardless of his bad it was

And a toggle for classic controls/gameplay for the purists.

Yeah they made the games prettier to look at (The bare minimum) but no love was put into this collection

Maybe it gets worse. But if everyone else is gonna immediately jump on perspectivess motivated by limited information, so can I. Lol. At leastI actually played it. That put me in like the top 10% perspectives :3

They deserve some criticism, sure, but FFS why does the internet have to exaggerate so much? Unless the bad happens in the middles/ends of the various games I haven't seen it.

I never played the mobile version. But if you look at what people are saying, they're just hanging on the updated mechanics making it into this form of the Remaster. Which is a good thing because it works better than the original. So in their mind, it somehow would of proved something to them by reversing progress for another remaster lol. Their logic is super dumb. The lighting alone makes the game visually 20x better. I was going around looking at NPCs to check for goofy. Keep in mind, Im playing this looking for fuck ups I heard about. Literally the whole reason I turned it on. And once again, it proved to me people online don't give a shit about having a genuine perspective, they just bandwagon what they want to be reality.

2. The character models look bad
3. Rockstar flat out lied, gave zero gameplay footage and only showed a 1 minute trailer.
4. It looks like a shitty mobile port which is what it is, people expected it to be better and not some shitty mobile port.

My perspective isn't limited, I've played San Andreas enough over the past two days to be able to criticize it. The gameplay is trash, it's just a lazy mobile port.

I never claimed to be mature, only more insightful. And you still hanging on to the easily disputed claim of it just being a mobile port helps me out with that. The only benefit of the doubt I can give you is that you might knowingly be being dramatic. But I have no idea what you'd gain from that. There probably is actual problems with the game I haven't gotten to, but the one you're holding onto doesn't even take playing the game to debunk. You can do that through just looking up a single video. Die on this weird hill if you want tho.
