The astronauts are sent to this huge cylindrical ship like the mass effect citadel with things that look like they could be cities along with natural environments all maintained by that is going through the solar system that are all being maintained by these crab like creatures that are basically biotic robots that lack any curiousity or intelligence (like the keepers on the citadel in mass effect). The story ends with the ship, Rama, exiting the solar system as the astronauts leave and head back to earth without figuring out what the purpose of this ship was because it just seems like a self sustaining environment that people could live on that hurtled through the solar system without a pilot. <cite>Atralis posted [p:960955719] in Denis Vill...
