All the shows in London I was going to go to are canceled. Most of the people I was going to meet with are isolating because their Gerbil has omicron or something. oh but you can watch Prince of Egypt on stage! They still have tickets! Dirt cheap too!.... I wonder why. Last year I just ended up watching bad movies with a friend. Your problem Spike isn't that you're wrong all the time. It's that when you're proven wrong you don't admit fault you just ignore it and don't learn from it and continue to be wrong in the future. IF you just said "Oh you were right. People were fined via drones for dog walking." that would be fine but pulling the "Well actually we're currently not in a lockdown!" defense awkwardness is just silly. Australia is finally opening up. State borders finally reopened (except Western Australia). My parents are here for Christmas, third time I've seen them since Christmas 2019. Australia had the most cases in a day today since the start of the pandemic with 4500, but we're over 90% double vaxxed (very low on boosters though because the vaccine only became widely available in August/September) --- and i know i'm not dead because i just threw up in my own mouth, swallowed back, this hangover ain't that bad ...
