Water Pick. It's tricky but once you get it, it works great. And ya, I get an Earwax impaction about one every year and a half or so. generally i use a pen top, the little plastic bit that you're supposed to use to keep the pen hooked to a pocket acts as a good scoop... i've had to irrigate my ears before to get really impacted wax out. --- Taarsidath-an halsaam.
