This has nothing to do with gaming. That is an entire media industry standard, beautiful people, regardless of gender, get ahead. Just like it's been shown that tall men make significantly more money then short men, pretty women get better opportunities then less pretty women.

Again, harassment bad, but it should be dealt with on a case by case basis and it is unwise to use it to broadly portray and target your entire audience as manchildren. I mean, you're welcome to do so, but attacking your audience will not lead to more viewership. Ever.
