If watching a series, you have to watch-list each season individually. Who thought that was a good idea?

It really is bottom-tier, along with Disney+ and AppleTV, but at least those group all seasons of a show together.

For all of Netflixs bullshit, it has nailed the user interface aspect of service from day one.

Prime Video is just supplemental to their online shopping shit. They absolutely do not give a fuck about that service. Sure they'll pay for a few shows and features, but 85% of them are hot garbage. The only cool things they do well is the subtitlong/CC and the X-Ray shit.

Not related to anything but I decided to google how the weather is over there right now and saw that it's like 80 degrees in the day. And year round

I mean I knew you guys weren't getting snowy weather or anything but I had no idea it's literally 80-85 degrees every day there. That's kinda neat

Prime is worth it just for not having to waste two hours looking for a seventeen-cent item I don't even want, just to get the free shipping.
Terrible movie selection is just a bonus, especially when those terrible movies are Rifftrax.

Amazon is a store and their streaming service is designed on the idea of people buying individual items. So you get annoying things like each season of a show being separate.

I feel like I shouldn't have to explain this but apparently I do. Sigh.

Not all movies are free because Prime only has certain movies. Just like Netflix and Hulu and HBO Max only have certain ones. Amazon simply also includes almost all non-Prime movies as well, so you can rent if needed. This means it essentially has everything. It is my go to $4 rental if none of my services have it for free. They are offering an additional service.

You dont have to put each season of a show on your watchlist, itll go to s2e1 once you finish s1. At least on the iPhone app.

i do have Amazon Prime but mostly cause of the delivery thing.

their streaming service might have some good content but doesnt compare to Netflix or Disney Plus in the slightest...

I didnt renew my prime in November and have spent a lot less on Amazon. Doing that is saving money on not having prime and not buying stuff that I would buy at the spur of the moment since shipping was free.
