There is absolutely zero subtlety in the jokes at all. Then a satirical movie like The Other Guys comes out and no one gets it. With Ferrell, he has peaks and valleys. Stuff like Old School, Elf, Anchorman, Talladega Nights, Step Brothers, Strangers Than Fiction, Other Guys, and Eurovision are all strong. Then movies like Bewitched, Blades of Glory, Semi Pro, and Land of the Lost are weak.
