I honestly simultaneously assumed a new one was happening but completely forgot a new one was happening.

Not pressed to actually go to the movies to see it....so waiting till it comes out on something.

I wouldn't mind watching it but I'm in no hurry.

Id watch it, but no rush. World was good, but the sequel was not. Im more interested in this than the last one, but mostly because of the Jurassic Park cast returns than anything else

The first one was excellent and no one can convie me otherwise
It was pure fun from start to finish. Had a lot of easter eggs to the original JP movie and gave so much nostalgia feels

The second one sucked ass. At some point they decided that somehow humans are more interesting than dinosaurs for some reason? which is totally wrong of course. No one goes to see a dinosaur movie just for it to focus on human villains instead
That movie also had a lot of easter eggs for the original JP movie but this time they didn't feel like easter eggs, but rather used the same ideas because they lacked any kind of creativity whatsoever

So...I am interesting in seeing this, but only because I want to believe the second movie was a one-time mistake and they will fix this

I thought the series jumped the shark with the last one when human cloning was added, but I kinda want to see it go even crazier now. Maybe do a crossover with Alien or Resident Evil in which their respective evil megacorps buy out Masrani Corp, so we get zombie dinosaurs or xenomorph dinosaurs? Ironically, when I mentioned to my brother that I thought the film had gone too far, he said that he thought animal rights activists campaigning on behalf of the dinosaurs was silly. I disagreed and said that was the most logical plot point in my opinion.

On another note, which of the old characters is going to die? It's a legacy sequel that's bringing back characters from the first film, and it's become a legacy sequel cliche that at least one of the old characters dies to pass the torch to the new ones. My money's on Alan Grant.

I probably would've said I was interested if Fallen Kingdom wasn't such crap.

I didn't remember FK being so bad, but when both critic reviews and fan reviews agree it's a 5/10 at best, that's pretty telling.
