Hololive set a new standard with this festival. Day 1 alone was worth the 10k yen. I'm surprised they didn't cap it off with a big announcement.

I mean, they got a couple good ones in there with the new holostars gen and live2d 3.0

Yeah Live2D was big, though they're gonna have to go a step further than just natural grafting of other body parts and props. Expression change being smooth out was definitely big but it does feel like prop attachment is nothing new, unless they have a hand tracker

The Towa/Suisei/Aqua Overcooked collab was really funny. They were basically doing a communication practice cuz Aqua had to get her internet fixed, which took a lot of effort as she's too shy to call the provider to do their damn jebs.

Honestly the funniest thing is probably that it might've been a pretty good practice for them after all. They were coming up with ways to communicate, and Suisei is so extroverted that she constantly keeps Aqua active whether she likes it or not. Towa has plenty of high level tournament experience so this team might actually do something pretty interesting. I honestly can't wait for the scrims

Gonna just post here to say I'm also a Vtuber, looking to grow my audience! Trying to make this into a full time job.

I only peeked into the ID third gen debuts, but when someone pointed out that Kobo created a website to present on her debut (seems like it's hosted locally on her own machine and not accessible on the internet, though), I immediately jumped in and damn, she has a lot of talents. I'd subscribe, but she mainly speaks Indonesian and since I mainly play videos in the background to listen to during work (and my subscriptions are already filled with English vtubers), I don't feel like adding to my already massive list of subscribed vtubers (in fact, I should probably unsub to some). Holy man, Aqua lookin like her last day solo master climb self in these scrims. Still can't get over how all the sudden just crazy she looked on that last day, and Towa-sama doesn't do ranked anymore but is an extremely good Gib in competitive due to a crapton of experience. Suisei improved a ton and found her place with Rampage, which is a terrific choice for competitive and somebody of her skill level. This team went places and pulled off a win
