A Captured Russian Soldier was seeing sobbing UNCONTROLLABLY as he spoke to his mother on the phone after surrending to Ukrainians!!

The young fighter from Putin's forces was confronted by women after throwing down his weapon and was then given TEA and a PASTRY by another woman who offered her phone to him as well as he blows kisses and his mother in tears

A male voice off camera can be heard saying "These young men, it's not their fault. They don't know why they are here. They are using old maps, they are lost"

It was share don twitter by local ukrainians welcoming the soldier with food after his surrender as the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense said russian mothers could come to Kyiv and collect their sons if they found their son was in captivity

They provied an email address and phone numbers that oculd be used to find out if a soldier was in captivity or was killed

An official wrote "We Ukranians, unlike Putin's fascists, do not fight mothers and their captive children. We are waiting for you in Kyiv"

This comes as OTHER russian soldiers captured were seen sobbing who said they don't even know why they are attacking against peaceful people defending their territory and are being used as cannon fodder for Putin's ego.

Ukraine says Russia has lost over 5000 soldiers in the opening day of the conflict, which is way higher than what they say at 500.

Putin is suffering a series of embarrassing defeats as their convoy has stalled and soldiers are stalled after losing fuel. He also did not anticipate the world would come together like this to destroy their economy as it did as other oligarchs are coming out in attack of his dream of rebuilding the Soviet Union.

A coup is probably the only way to get rid of Putin, so let's hope the generals decide to pull the plug on this fiasco.

this is a great example of fighting war w/compassion.

people dont want to fight in meaningless wars anymore. we have a comfortable life style. even those in poverty have too much to lose.

putin has no way to win this war and no way to save face. the rest of the world is just not playing along with his nonsense.

I've very appreciative of the Ukrainians treatment of the Russians who have fallen into their hands. I fear though that as this drags on and Russia starts leveling cities that won't surrender this will fall by the wayside.

Not since Robin Hood or Star Wars have I seen such a black and white battle of good and evil.

They may not even be safe if returned to Russia now that their faces are out there.

You know what's even more depressing?

The Russian military isn't sending the dead home to their families in body bags, because that would reveal how bad the war is going. So that's what the mobile crematoriums are for. They vaporize the bodies of the kids and make them disappear. These kids who get to call home are extremely lucky.

Honestly, I think the vast majority of the Russian army, certainly different lines, are just as much victims as anyone else. Victims of a leader who is throwing them away because his ego can't handle losing.

These are 18 to 22-year-olds who know almost nothing about politics, have no idea what's going on, and didn't even expect to be in a war.

Already, the Ukrainian government has begun answering that question. On Sunday, authorities launched a website that they said was meant to help Russian families track down information about soldiers who may have been killed or captured. The site, which states it was created by Ukraines Ministry of Internal Affairs, says it is providing videos of captured Russian soldiers, some of them injured. The pictures and videos change throughout the day.

The name of the site, 200rf.com, is a grim reference to Cargo 200, a military code word that was used by the Soviet Union to refer to the bodies of soldiers put in zinc-lined coffins for transport away from the battlefield; it is a euphemism for troops killed in war.
