5 days a week, 40hr a week decent salary.
Prob 10hrs of actual a work a week - I don't have any set reason to go to an office unless I want to.
My job is mostly pretty sweet but I def struggle with the fact that I'm never being challenged

Im salaried. I have core hours I need to be available but other than that its what I want. I usually work 7am-3. Sometimes Im done earlier, sometimes later

Set my own schedule, 25-80 hours a week

Like January/February are dead so i dont need to work long hours. September-November are super busy. Overall I still work a pretty standard 2000ish hour work year. It's just distributed weird
