I'm sorry what? Lou won the poll in a poll featuring animated, comic book, and nostalgic characters? I did not forsee this outcome.

Anyway, it is an obvious yes from me. A terrible person that I would never want to be friends with, I mean he let's someone die just to further his career, but he's one of the most fascinating characters that I've witnessed in the past decade or so.
