Mega Punch is completely redundant when you have Stength is redundant by both Body Slam and Tri-Attack. I'm assuming this is Gen 1 based on how awful this moveset is but even so you could still get a bit more type coverage. Wigglytuff can learn Psychic, Thunderbolt, Ice Beam/Blizzard, Fire Blast and Hyper Beam as a finisher. I might have left out a word. But essentially that Wigglytuff has four 80-85 power Normal attacks with varying effects. You need like one and it should probably be Body Slam as it has the highest power and best secondary effect (30% Paralysis). Perhaps it leans a bit into "weird to be bragging about on CE" territory, but ultimately this comes across as that the way he's wanting to play is very different to how other people ITT want to play.
