Outside of the problem that she never actually mentioned Depp in the op-ed that led to this lawsuit, she basically just needs to prove that at least one accusation is true for the whole case to fall. But even if she did lose the defamation case, I doubt L'oreal or WB are going to change course on keeping her on if they haven't already at this point, and if she wins she's going to parade around that fact forever.
