What are your mask habits?

Somewhere between options 2 and 3, probably closer to 3. If I go inside for something really quick and/or impersonal (shopping when there's a self-checkout option, for instance) I may not bother. Still wear them to work and whenever else I expect to be around people for a prolonged period of time.

I never wore masks to begin with after what happened. It's safer for me to not wear one.

I follow the CDC's guildelines, so right now, that means I'm voting #4 in the poll.

I wear a KN95 any time Im inside (other than my own apartment) and expect thatll continue to do so until Im confident that I could get Pavloxid if I got covid.

Also kind of surprised that no one else has said inside-only

I have to for my job since I work with food, but other than that I don't.

At work I'll wear a mask when I'm in an area with patients but other than that I pretty much don't wear one anymore

I wear at work (so basically for 8 hours at a time) then remove.

I work with the public and I rather enjoyed getting sick only once in two years.

I wear it inside in public spaces, but not at people's houses unless asked (or if they're anti-vaxxers or something I guess) I am more relaxed about eating or drinking than I used to be, but still try to avoid it if I can't distance.

If outside, I'd probably only wear it in a crowd.

No mask for a good month or so now. Things are back to normal, hurray!

Voted the second option, though its not set in stone.

At this point I'll wear anytime indoors except at restaurants which have just become an assumed risk. Probably wouldn't frequently eat at a really crowded place if reasonably avoidable.

Outdoors only in crowded venues(Which as a frequent visitor to large sporting events and various theme parks, is actually quite often).

When vaccine efficacy for contracting COVID fell below 50% it stopped being something I really considered for masking. As someone that frequently has close contact with multiple people that are older/high risk I'd prefer to do what I reasonably can to avoid carrying COVID around.

Third option, but I leave the house so infrequently that I'm wearing a mask for maybe 2 hours per week.

Until my three year old son can get vaccinated, we're at option 2. Once he is, we'll probably shift to option 4.

I live in Florida, I havent worn a mask since I flew to California back in October.

If I'm out I'll wear one, can't imagine being bothered by the most minor inconvenience of wearing a mask.

Always on transit. Always in a movie theater. Most of the time at the store (this probably doesn't help that much). I got back from Disney and wore it for some indoor lines (cattle pens with the plexiglass barriers) but for the most part felt fine without it. Not sure if I'll keep wearing it at work.

We're shifting a bit more towards protecting ourselves in environments that we can't control and testing before we visit at-risk people. Make sure we're up-to-date with boosters and all that,

Unfortunately just feels like we're past the point that we can really do anything - it's a global issue that never had global solutions.

I'll wear one in stores, especially if crowded. I'll also wear one at work if I'm in sustained close contact with others, but not if I'm just at a desk working normally. Restaurants I typically don't bother anymore, but if I'm going out to eat it's just some fast food place for lunch, and I make it a point to be there before lunch rushes regardless. I do basically always have one on me these days though, and it's not an inconvenience at all to actually wear it.

Would wear one if I were in a crowd outside, or in some other crowded place (including public transit, airplanes, etc) but have avoided such things lately.

Option 4, unless I'm near an elderly person.

I voted 2 but there really is no difference between 2 and 3 for me.

The only times Im ever indoors (in public) are to go grocery shopping, to drop in a restaurant for takeout, or to go to a doctors office. Always masked.

If I was somehow at another large gathering indoors or outdoors, I would mask, but I specifically avoid those.

I refuse to eat inside a restaurant or go to a movie or any large event or use public transit or get on an airplane until things are more under control, or preventative treatment is more advanced.

What Jakyl said is essentially how I live my life still.

i do eat at restaurants and stuff, and i don't wear a mask there. i don't wear a mask at home, or when i'm visiting other people at their homes.

i do wear a mask all the time on public transit, work (except when eating), at the gym, and at stores. at work and gym i'm often literally the only person wearing one, but i still do it.

We dropped our mask policy at work and I'm the only one still wearing one. I don't necessarily have a strong reason why, just mostly out of habit at this point. We used to get the occasional comment praising us for wearing masks so I guess I do it for those few people.
