I enjoyed the lore when I played The Suffering on PS2. I heard the other game sucked, so I dunno how that is lore-wise, but the first game was pretty good as you explore a creepy, haunted prison island. --- Take me down from the ridge where the summer ends And watch the city spread out just like a jet's flame ...
