It's also lame being told my one choice sucks 5 minutes after I nominate something.

Plus, it's not a waste of time when someone can approach the original nominator and say "hey can you re-nom this" and usually they'll consider doing so. They're effectively still in the contest.

i do apologise, i didn't anticipate there would be such a great need for me to support other people's tracks this year but there is. this is the richest nomination period i've seen where absurd amounts of it is among the best video game music i've ever heard. in truth i'd like to just cancel my noms outright if given the chance to save as many other songs as i can this year, but my other ones had supporters and i don't want to let them down.

funny thing is you're among the nominators that are affected by this, in the sense that there is at least one song you picked that drove me to this decision because i wouldn't have the space to support it otherwise
