Yeah I don't know if I like Kingmaker.

I'm not sure how different I would even play as town. Like, Crescent probably gets killed as town or scum alike there.

It seems like if you screw one reign up you're kinda ignored for the rest of the game even if the game doesnt necessarily blame you for it. Like I think Scare had the same problem I did and his was even more understandable.

Honestly yes I made a terrible decision lynching the cop. But it worked out because Tidus himself was unreliable to his scans and the potential for mass godfathers would have thrown us for a loop. It might have helped town in the big picture

It absolutely did and I don't even think the play was bad even not knowing about godfathers. I explained why scum fakeclaiming cop would be pretty disruptive in the format, and on its face it looked a lot more like a scum fakeclaim than a real cop.

But no one cares-- you were pretty much a non-factor in terms of influence at that point. That's why I (at least I think, possible if we played it more it would be less glaring) don't care for the format much.

Oh she wasn't in dead town chat? That's unfortunate. I was giving her the benefit of a doubt and hoping she just had something unrelated come up.

Definitely wouldn't feel comfortable playing with her again if she really did flip out. Like there's not anything remotely disrespectful about anything I did. I just told her to let me do my king stuff cause I won the vote and to step aside, gave her some critique of her play and explained why days can be productive even if you aren't driving them, and tried to use my king powers to make her shut up and to let me try and do my thing and if that's enough to make someone ragequit then yeah-- that person effectively becomes someone you can't place in a scum role because everyone will kiddie glove them and it becomes impossible to act on any reads without running into a meltdown.

I'm gonna be honest I didn't even try to intentionally grief her out of the game. I do understand the idea of "picking a weakness" and wouldn't apologize if it was intentional assuming I played under the rules (which I did), but legitimately I didn't expect her to just up and leave. Like I actually picked her in my first set because I thought she would be cooperative and she was present.

I was surprised by what Crescent did this game because during my first game(which was the FFXIV one in which we were both scum), she was pretty calm

Yes in this game I had a 30% chance of being scum. That doesnt change that its 0.3% to happen thrice in a row.
