Ive had apps before, but was moreso profile perusing and seeing what kinda women like me unprompted.

Ive recently actually tried reaching out to folks, using Hinge. And Im shocked at how few women want to actually talk, verbally.

Like, the first lady was super aggressive asking to exchange numbers asap and wanting to FaceTime etc. I thought, Cool, this wont be bad afterall getting to know people.

But every match afterwards is super hesitant to exchange actual numbers. Or even FaceTime through the Hinge app itself. One lady even said she appreciated me respecting her boundaries.

Im thinking wtf? How is not wanting to talk via video chat a boundary?

I dunno. I feel like folks dont want to get to know people seriously? Like, 90% of my personality cant translate via text.

I understand not wanting to physically go on a date or anything too fast, but talking on the phone? Why is that sketchy?

Is this normal for yall who use apps? If I had more time, I wouldnt be using these.

fyi, women get blasted by thousands of matches a day and therefore they don't provide much effort because it is unfeasible to do so with thousands of dudes

unless you are super attractive or stick out in some way they really like, yes, most your matches will not provide much effort at all compared to what you would put into it because you as a dude will not get thousands per day

I mean, I figured they just ignore the ones that are boring lol.

But man. I hate just texting. Its just so slow.

Use a paid site like Match. The ratio is better/women have more incentive to respond since theyre paying for it.
