Before I go on , I will say flat out I do not like or respect Justice Thomas. I think he has hurt African American people beyond words. So when I say this, I do not say this to defend him personally.

Why is he being made the face of the court ruling ? Hell even liberals allies are breaking out racial slurs to attack him with. Black men are more pro choice then literally every female demo besides black women. And yet once more a black man is being made the face of something horrible.

I thought that would be obvious, but welp, here we are.

Because he's the most senior judge left, he also happens to be the most conservative. Also he's a POS who shouldn't have even been allowed to be a SC Judge for his sexual misconduct. Fun fact, he is also barely even involved in questioning during his cases, I believe something around 35/2400 cases he has even asked a single question. He's a disgrace to the court, and has acted more like a faux president than a judge over his tenure.
