At the end of it, ~~as he's dying~~, he posits that the Joker isn't a person, he's a disease that's always been around and always will be. "Because there's no cure. No cure at all. Ive always said that Letos Joker is pretty comic accurate which is probably why his doesnt work well on screen. The super manic crazy comes off wrong. He put a lot of effort into it but not every decision worked. But overall its not as bad as people say. Compared to Ledgers Joker or even Nicholson Jokerthey had grounding due to the movies they were in or in Jacks case, his own personality bled through.
