Safety bump so this doesn't purge before the new ep

Didn't know anything about the cab driver from previous seasons being recast until I saw this episode. Pretty jarring imo, the new actor just looks completely different and the old cab driver seemed to be playing a pivotal role in the Gene story. Wasn't a huge fan from an overall arc standpoint there.

BUT, at the same time, I did like the episode and it was a good time to watch thru so, can't really complain too much I guess.

i keep thinking about the episode. first, i bet that jeffy and pal don't have a clue how or where to fence stolen goods. second, he's playing with fire in a much smaller world than saul did in albequerque. even tho they can't pin the theft on any of them, gene became extremely more visible to a large number of people this episode. if we stay in the gene timeline (which is by no means certain) these people aren't going anywhere

I guess the actor was busy

My crazy fan theory of Kim being involved with the cartel during Breaking Bad also involved her working with Ernesto similar to Francesca working with Saul.
