There was one bot in the reboot that had a cannon that fired metal slugs as part of the bot itself, but it didn't work too well. It only had 2 televised fights back in season 3 and some untelevised rumbles at the taping for season 4, but they're returning for one of the BattleBots Champions qualifying tournaments. https://battlebots.fandom.com/wiki/Double_Jeopardy Aside from that, the only other "projectile" weapons have been various bots using flamethrowers, but those rarely do much damage either.
